Terms of Use
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern the relationship between you and Tuğçe Çıkmazkara (contact@realreturn.app), who provides the RealReturn website and app (realreturn.app, the "Service"). By using the Service, or by ticking the box when you create an account, you accept these terms.
2. What the Service is
RealReturn is an informational analysis tool that calculates the inflation- and currency-adjusted return of investments you enter, compares them with benchmarks such as indices, gold and savings rates, and explains the results.
3. Not investment advice
- RealReturn does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or tax advice. It is not licensed by the CMB (Türkiye), the SEC (US), the FCA (UK) or any authority in the EU.
- Calculations are based on historical data. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Nothing in the Service should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
- Tax rates shown are estimates; consult a tax adviser about your situation.
- Your investment decisions are entirely your own responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified professional before making them.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You confirm this when you create an account.
5. Your account
- You can use the Service without an account; your data then stays only on your device and may be lost if you change devices or clear your browser data.
- If you create an account, provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → "Delete my account and all my data".
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes,
- try to access other users' data or bypass security measures,
- overload the Service or our proxies, or bulk-collect data with automated tools (scraping),
- reverse-engineer the Service or redistribute its data for commercial purposes.
7. Your content
The portfolio data and notes you enter belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service to you, in line with our Privacy Policy. Please don't include other people's personal information or sensitive personal details in your notes.
8. Data accuracy and sources
Price, exchange-rate and inflation data come from third-party sources (e.g. Yahoo Finance, TEFAS, central banks, statistical offices, CoinGecko). This data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Results also depend on the accuracy of the data you enter. We show the data source and update time where possible. See our Calculation Methodology for details.
9. Intellectual property
The RealReturn name, logo, design and software belong to Tuğçe Çıkmazkara. You may use the Service for personal use; any other use requires written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not responsible for investment decisions you make based on information in the Service, or their outcomes.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
- These limitations do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
11. Changes to and termination of the Service
We may improve, change or discontinue the Service. If we shut it down, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can download your data. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence; consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts where they live.

Kullanım Koşulları
1. Taraflar ve kabul
Bu koşullar, RealReturn web sitesi ve uygulamasını (realreturn.app, "Hizmet") kullanan sen ile Hizmet'i sunan Tuğçe Çıkmazkara (contact@realreturn.app) arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Hizmet'i kullanarak ya da hesap oluştururken onay kutusunu işaretleyerek bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Hizmet nedir?
RealReturn; girdiğin yatırımların enflasyona ve kura göre düzeltilmiş getirisini hesaplayan, bunları endeks, altın, mevduat gibi kıyaslama ölçütleriyle karşılaştıran ve sonuçları açıklayan bilgi amaçlı bir analiz aracıdır.
3. Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir
- RealReturn yatırım danışmanlığı, portföy yönetimi, aracılık ya da vergi danışmanlığı hizmeti sunmaz. Türkiye'de SPK, ABD'de SEC, Birleşik Krallık'ta FCA veya AB'de herhangi bir yetkili otorite tarafından lisanslanmış bir kuruluş değildir.
- Gösterilen hesaplamalar geçmiş verilere dayanır. Geçmiş performans gelecekteki sonuçların göstergesi değildir.
- Hiçbir içerik, belirli bir finansal aracı almak, satmak ya da elde tutmak için öneri olarak yorumlanmamalıdır.
- Vergi oranları tahminidir; kişisel durumun için bir vergi danışmanına başvur.
- Yatırım kararların tamamen senin sorumluluğundadır.
4. Kimler kullanabilir?
Hizmet'i kullanmak için 18 yaşından büyük olmalısın. Hesap oluştururken bunu beyan edersin.
5. Hesabın
- Hesap açmadan da kullanabilirsin; bu durumda verilerin yalnızca kendi cihazında durur ve cihaz değişirse ya da tarayıcı verileri silinirse kaybolabilir.
- Hesap açarsan doğru bir e-posta adresi vermeli, şifreni gizli tutmalısın. Hesabından yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
- Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin: Profil → "Hesabımı ve tüm verilerimi sil".
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- Hizmet'i yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak,
- Başka kullanıcıların verilerine erişmeye çalışmak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak,
- Hizmet'e aşırı yük bindirmek, otomatik araçlarla toplu veri çekmek (scraping),
- Hizmet'i tersine mühendislik yoluyla kopyalamak ya da Hizmet'teki verileri ticari amaçla yeniden dağıtmak.
7. Senin içeriğin
Girdiğin portföy verileri ve notlar sana aittir. Bunları yalnızca Hizmet'i sana sunmak için, Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun şekilde işleriz.
8. Veri doğruluğu ve kaynaklar
Fiyat, kur ve enflasyon verileri üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan alınır. Bu veriler gecikmeli, eksik ya da hatalı olabilir. Hesaplama yöntemi hakkında: Hesaplama Yöntemi.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
RealReturn adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı Tuğçe Çıkmazkara'ya aittir. Hizmet'i kişisel kullanım için kullanabilirsin; bunun dışındaki kullanımlar için yazılı izin gerekir.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
- Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
- Hizmet'teki bilgilere dayanarak verdiğin yatırım kararlarından ve bunların sonuçlarından sorumlu değiliz.
- Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
- Bu sınırlamalar; kasıt veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluğu ya da tüketici mevzuatının sana tanıdığı hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.
11. Hizmette değişiklik ve sona erme
Hizmet'i geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir ya da sona erdirebiliriz. Hizmet'i kapatırsak, verilerini indirebilmen için makul bir süre önceden haber veririz.
12. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde ya da e-postayla bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
13. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Bu seçim, yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının sağladığı korumaları ortadan kaldırmaz.
